On the other side, -0.07% change in total institutional ownership has been reported for the 3-month period.

Novartis AG (ADR) (NYSE:NVS) saw an insider buy stock in the company on Apr 03. Novartis Bioventures Ltd, 10% Owner of the company, bought 300,000 shares for $10.00 per share worth a total of $3,000,000. After this insider buying, Novartis Bioventures Ltd now has a total stake of 2,310,924 shares in the company. Its shares currently owned by company management are 9.30% while institutional investors own about 9.80%. The 6-month change recorded in total insider ownership was 0.27%. On the other side, 0.03% change in total institutional ownership has been reported for the 3-month period.

Conn’s Inc (NASDAQ:CONN) also received some insider trading action as STEPHENS WARREN A, who is the company’s 10% Owner added some 250,000 shares at a price of $10.74 per share to the holding that now comprises of 2,727,920 shares. Its shares currently owned by company management are 12.90% while institutional investors own about 92.80%. The 6-month change recorded in total insider ownership was -1.69%. On the other side, -6.61% change in total institutional ownership has been reported for the 3-month period.
