Insider Buying Spotlight: FireEye Inc (NASDAQ:FEYE), Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ:ONB), KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY)

Moving on to the first insider trade May 09, 2016 which involved BERRY MICHAEL J, a EVP & Chief Financial Officer at FireEye Inc (NASDAQ:FEYE), who acquired 16,500 shares at $12.84 per share to put the total holding at 226,144 shares. Its shares currently owned by company management are 4.90% while institutional investors own about 51.80%. The 6-month change recorded in total insider ownership was 0.16%. On the other side, -0.02% change in total institutional ownership has been reported for the 3-month period.

Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ:ONB) saw an insider buy stock in the company on May 05. ELLERBROOK NIEL C, director of the company, bought 15,000 shares for $12.68 per share worth a total of $190,200. After this insider buying, ELLERBROOK NIEL C now has a total stake of 42,167 shares in the company. Its shares currently owned by company management are 0.80% while institutional investors own about 66.50%. The 6-month change recorded in total insider ownership was 0.91%. On the other side, -1.41% change in total institutional ownership has been reported for the 3-month period.

KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY) also received some insider trading action as Gile Elizabeth R., who is the company’s Director added some 13,000 shares at a price of $11.87 per share to the holding that now comprises of 13,000 shares. Its shares currently owned by company management are 0.30% while institutional investors own about 88.90%. The 6-month change recorded in total insider ownership was 7.10%. On the other side, 1.41% change in total institutional ownership has been reported for the 3-month period.
